To have your item serviced at the Time Machine, please send it to us in well padded package, and send it in a way that is insured and track-able. Please include a note with your name, address, phone number, email address and a brief explanation of the problem you are having with the item. Also please do not provide any of the original packaging unless it wont be needed, as we will dispose of such items.

​​If the item is under warranty, please send a copy of your receipt/proof or purchase; otherwise, we will send you a written estimate by mail or email.

​Our turn-around time is one to two weeks, but it can vary depending on availability of parts and your response time to our estimate

​All of your repairs are guaranteed for 90 days, should a failure occur which you believe is related to the repair, please return the merchandise with a copy of our invoice and a brief note explaining the problem.

  • Please Enter the Job Number and Model Number of your repair, In the indicated spaces(This is located by the "Our Job Number" and "model number" respectively on the post card or it can be obtained by calling/emailing The Time Machine. Then enter the model number of your item.
